Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

CorePack AI sells digital products ("Packs") that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a Pack is purchased, it is permanently added to your account and cannot be purchased again.

2. Pack Quality Disclaimer

Packs are created by third-party creators and sold "as is". CorePack AI acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or functionality of individual Packs. We encourage you to review Pack descriptions, ratings, and reviews before making a purchase. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with Pack content, functionality, or compatibility.

3. Technical Failure Exception

The only circumstance under which a refund may be issued is:

  • Technical Failure: Payment was successfully processed but you did not receive access to the Pack in your account.

In such cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by granting you access to the Pack. A refund will only be processed if we are unable to deliver the product.

4. How to Report a Technical Issue

If you did not receive access to a purchased Pack:

  1. Email us at contact@corepackai.com
  2. Include your order ID and email associated with the purchase
  3. Describe the issue (e.g., "Payment completed but Pack not showing in my account")
  4. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to technical failure:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect.

6. Cancellation

Since digital products are delivered instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is complete. If you wish to stop a transaction, please do so before completing the payment.

7. Duplicate Purchases

Our system prevents duplicate purchases. Once you own a Pack, it is permanently associated with your account and you cannot purchase it again. If you see an option to purchase a Pack you already own, please contact support.
