1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CorePack AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CorePack AI.

2. Description of Service

CorePack AI is a marketplace for AI agent behaviors ("Packs"). Users can browse, purchase, and download Packs created by third-party creators. We also provide CLI tools to install and manage Packs. All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CorePack AI and make purchases. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You must authenticate via GitHub to use certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share account access with others
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Creator Terms

If you publish Packs on CorePack AI:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant CorePack AI a license to distribute your Packs
• For paid Packs, you receive 80% of the sale price after payment processing fees
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights
• You must provide accurate descriptions and not mislead buyers

6. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are displayed in INR (₹) for Indian users and USD ($) for international users
• Prices include applicable taxes where required
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered instantly
• You will receive a receipt via email for each purchase

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details. In summary:

• All sales are final unless the Pack is defective or significantly different from its description
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

8. Digital Product License

When you purchase a Pack:

• You receive a license to use the Pack, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property
• The license is non-transferable and for your personal or commercial use as specified by the Pack's license
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased Packs without authorization

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Redistribute purchased Packs without authorization
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information

10. Limitation of Liability

CorePack AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Packs or the service. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Pack in question.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at contact@corepackai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed with legal action in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your purchased Packs.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
