Terms of Service - CorePack AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CorePack AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CorePack AI is a marketplace for AI context packages ("Packs"). Users can browse, purchase, and download Packs created by third-party creators. We also provide CLI tools to install and manage Packs.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via GitHub to use certain features
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must not share account access with others

4. Creator Terms

If you publish Packs on CorePack AI:

You retain ownership of your content
You grant CorePack AI a license to distribute your Packs
For paid Packs, you receive 80% of the sale price after payment processing fees
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights

5. Purchases & Refunds

All sales are final unless the Pack is defective or significantly different from its description
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Redistribute purchased Packs without authorization
Upload malicious content or code
Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
Use the service for illegal purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

CorePack AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Packs or the service. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
