CorePack AI exclusively sells digital products ("Packs"). We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products are delivered electronically.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, your purchased Packs are delivered instantly:

Delivery Method: Digital download via your dashboard and CLI
Delivery Time: Immediate (within seconds of payment confirmation)
Access: Available 24/7 through your CorePack AI account

3. How to Access Your Purchases

After purchase, you can access your Packs in two ways:

Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to your purchased Packs.
CLI: Use the CorePack AI CLI tool to install Packs directly into your project:npx corepackai install <pack-name>

4. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation at the address associated with your account once your purchase is complete. This email serves as your receipt and confirms that the Pack is available in your account.

5. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive access to your purchased Pack within 1 hour of payment:

Check your dashboard at corepackai.com/dashboard
Ensure you are logged in with the same account used for purchase
If still unavailable, contact us at contact@corepackai.com with your order ID

6. Geographic Availability

CorePack AI digital products are available worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on accessing or downloading Packs. An internet connection is required for download.

7. No Physical Shipping

We do not offer any physical products or shipping services. All products are 100% digital and delivered electronically.
